4over Official Makes EDSF Board of Director

Washington, D.C., March 23, 2011 – The Electronic Document Scholarship Foundation (EDSf) has announced its 2011 Board of Directors and 4over is proud to be recognized and join such an elite group of industry leaders. Dora Wong, Director of Human Resources at 4over has been nominated as a newly elected director. The 2011 board was announced at EDSf's 2011 Industry Leaders' reception which was held in conjunction with AIIM ON DEMAND Conference & Expo in Washington D.C. attracting many industry leaders in support of the foundation. 4over was a proud co-sponsor for the highly
regarded event.

Ms. Wong, who has more than 25 years of multi-state senior level experience, joined the 4over team in 2008 to provide HR leadership to support business growth as well as a collaborative and strategic hands-on advisor. Her extensive experience comes from both the profit and not-for profit sectors and have been in manufacturing, gaming & hospitality, real estate development, law, government, and health care. Ms. Wong is also a part-time faculty member at the Tseng College of Business at Cal State University, Northridge. Ms. Wong has earned both distinguished SPHR and GPHR certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), holds a BA degree from the City University of New York, Bernard Baruch College in HRM and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
